1. Our Commitment
Atelier Booth Inc provides elevated photo booth experiences designed for modern celebrations. By accessing our website or securing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Securing Your Event Date
Your event date is officially reserved once:
A signed service agreement is received
The required retainer payment is submitted
The retainer is non-refundable and guarantees availability for your event date. Final payment must be completed according to the schedule outlined in your contract.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans may change.
Retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations within [XX] days of the event may result in additional fees.
If rescheduling is requested, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that Atelier Booth Inc cannot perform due to circumstances beyond our control (emergency, severe weather, etc.), liability is limited to the total amount paid.
4. Event Requirements
To ensure a seamless experience, the client agrees to provide:
A minimum 8×8 ft setup space
Access to a standard power outlet within 10 feet
A safe, dry, and stable setup environment
If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, services may be paused or discontinued without refund.
5. Guest Conduct & Equipment Care
Our booth and equipment are professional-grade and carefully maintained. Clients are responsible for guest behavior.
Atelier Booth reserves the right to suspend service if equipment is being mishandled or if guest behavior poses safety concerns.
6. Image Rights & Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, Atelier Booth Inc may use images captured during your event for:
Portfolio display
Website content
Social media
Promotional materials
We are always happy to respect privacy requests submitted in advance.
7. Technology & Connectivity
While we provide modern sharing technology, instant sharing features depend on venue internet connectivity and power stability. Atelier Booth Inc is not responsible for service interruptions caused by venue-related technical limitations.
8. Intellectual Property
All custom templates, designs, overlays, branding elements, and website content remain the intellectual property of Atelier Booth Inc and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
